I ask my daughter, Aubrey, what we should do today and she says "We should eat cupcakes!" I tell her that we don't have any cupcakes and she replies, "I know! we can make them!" Smart girl for not even 3.
So I thought about it and decided on Peanut Butter Cupcakes with Chocolate Icing. They turned out so good! Aubrey and I couldn't stop eating the batter!
